beach week
I’m off to Pawley’s Island for a week of beach fun with my family. We’ve been going with my mom’s sister (who I call Aunt Pickle—everyone in our family does, even though her real name is Nell) and her family for as long as I can remember.
I can’t wait for:
* bike rides to Atalaya
* cinnamon rolls at Kudzu Bakery
* reading reading reading
* making sandcastles with my niece, nephew, and our cousins
* eating fried flounder
* making fish tacos for the entire group with mahi a student brought me
